— Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Brennan, J.), rendered March 11, 1980, convicting him of robbery in the first degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence. Judgment reversed, as a matter of discretion in the interest of justice, plea vacated, and case remitted to Criminal Term for further proceedings consistent herewith. Defendant and codefendant Anthony Them were jointly charged with robbery in the first degree, burglary in the second degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree, and criminal possession of stolen property…
