Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County (Mallon, J.), rendered August 25,1983, convicting him of attempted criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence.

Judgment reversed, as a matter of discretion in the interest of justice, plea vacated, and case remitted to the County Court, Suffolk County, for further proceedings on the indictment.
