The defendants’ motion to compel answers to interrogatories and production of documents (dkt. # 134) requests discovery of a variety of information which can be categorized as follows: (1) Documents made in connection with underlying claims for which the plaintiff, EDO, is presently seeking indemnification under its contracts for insurance (“underlying claims file”); (2) information regarding EDO’s disposal, handling and transport of hazardous waste and chemicals; and (3) other interrogatories to which EDO initially interposed objections…
