KNAPPEN, Circuit Judge.
Suit for infringement of United States patent No. 1,046,066, December 3, 1912, to Tohann Harmatta, assignor to Thomson Electric Welding Company, which is the predecessor of plaintiff company. The invention relates to that branch of electric resistance welding known as spot welding, by which two sheets of metal are welded together in spots, as a substitute for riveting.
