Appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed July 10, 1985, which ruled that claimant was entitled to receive benefits.

The question presented on this appeal is whether claimant worked as an employee or independent contractor for the corporate employer, a manufacturer of wire and cable. Claimant was engaged by the employer to cut wires and place conductors on each end. She performed this service at home.
