Plaintiff Karen Geary has filed suit on behalf of her mother, Dorothy Lindquist, against defendant Life Investors Insurance Company of America (“Life Investors”) asserting various claims all based on Life Investor’s failure to pay daily benefits under a long-term-care insurance policy (“the Policy”) for Lindquist’s stay at The Cottages at Clear Lake (“the Cottages”) facility.
