OPINION
DRAUGHN, Justice.
This controversy over the ownership of the proceeds of life insurance policies arises between the named beneficiary, the former wife of the decedent, (Patricia Fé-nix Beckham, appellant) and the adminis-tratrix of the estate of the decedent; (Mary Lenora Beckham, appellee). A divorce had occurred between the decedent and his former wife thirty-five days before the decedent’s death.
