MEMORANDUM AND ORDER DENYING MOTION FOR RELIEF FROM FINAL JUDGMENT

This case comes before this Court on the plaintiffs’ Motion for Relief from Final Judgment under Rule 60(b)(5) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (document # 231). By their motion, the plaintiffs seek to reopen a 1999 case which unsuccessfully challenged the school assignment plan in Lynn (the “Lynn Plan”).
