Between January 1992 and September 1994, plaintiff entered into four contracts with defendant to purchase or lease a computer software system and various upgrades to it. Plaintiff contends that it paid defendant substantial sums pursuant to these contracts in rebanee on representations that the system would be supported and enhanced in specific ways.
