The defendant is in this court prosecuting a bill of exceptions to the rulings and decisions of the trial justice, having been convicted !by a jury in the superior court under an indictment charging him with a violation of a statutory obligation to keep and maintain records concerning his acquisition of'certain narcotic drugs.
