Confining consideration of this appeal within the bounds of the express terms of the motion of plaintiff, made on special appearance, as here in above quoted, decision here is determinable upon the answer to this question: Is the notice of the motion made by defendant in May 1949 to set aside the judgment of divorce entered in May 1942 and served on the attorney of plaintiff of record in the action, notice to plaintiff?
