BOOTH, District Judge.

This is a suit in equity for an injunction brought by the United States against the defendants under the Sherman Anti-Trust Act.

Plaintiff alleges that the defendants at the time of the filing of the bill were, and for several years had been, engaged in an unlawful corl-spiracy and combination unduly, unreasonably, and directly to restrain certain described trade and commerce among and between the several states and territories of the United States, in lumber and lumber products, in violation of the act of Congress approved July 2, 1890, entitled “An act to protect trade…
