This suit was brought by appellee against appellant to recover taxes for the years 1914 to 1919, inclusive, levied by appellee against the property of appellant included within the irrigation district. The suit was filed December 17, 1919. The defendant attacked the validity of the assessment and levy against it and by special exception also set up that the taxes for the years 1914 to 1917, inclusive, were birred by limitation.
