OPINION

SCOTT, Judge.

The appellant was convicted of two counts of vehicular homicide as a proximate result of his intoxication in violation of TCA § 39-2-231(b). He received a sentence of twenty-one years in the state penitentiary for each count. He was also convicted of possession of marijuana and received a sentence of eleven months and twenty-nine days in the county jail. He was sentenced as a Range II, especially aggravated offender, and all of the sentences are to be served consecutively.
