OPINION
FOWLER, Justice.
In this original proceeding, relator, M.A.W. 1 , M.D., seeks a writ of mandamus ordering the trial judge to retrieve allegedly privileged medical records released to the real parties in interest, to prohibit use of this information in all proceedings, and to order all persons who viewed the records to disregard the information and not to disclose it.
