Appeals by Jack Wininger and Larry Craven, both minors and appearing by their guardians ad litem (defendants below), from a verdict and judgment against them in favor of Otho R. Day (plaintiff below) for personal injuries, loss-of earnings and expenses-arising 'from an autom'obilé accident.

This is a companion case to the suit which is the subject of the appeal in No. 39763, Wininger and Craven v. Day, Administrator Okl., 376 P.2d 206 in which recovery, was sought against the same defendants for the wrongful death of the wife of the present plaintiff, caused by the same…
