Mr. Palazzolo, a former tenant of Mr. Colclazier, seeks a determination that an Oklahoma state district court judgment, entered in his favor against Mr. Colclazier, is nondischargeable in Mr. Colclazier’s current Chapter 7 case, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(6). He contends the judgment was based on a willful and malicious injury to his property.
