Petitioner Tammy Cunningham files ipetition ce. us requesting we issue a writ of prohibition to the Benton County Circuit Court, ordering it to dismiss a felony count of manufacturing methamphetamine. We accepted jurisdiction of this matter under Rule l-2(a)(3) and Rule 1-2(b)(1),(2),(3), and (5) (1999). Basically, Cunningham had a felony conviction and charge filed against her and pending in Missouri and Arkansas at the same time.
