Appeal from the Superior Court of Baltimore City (Ambler, J.). The facts are stated in the opinion of the Court. The cause was argued before Boyd, 0. J., Bkiscoe, Bueke, Thomas, Pattison, Ubnee, Stockbeidge and Constable, JJ.

1Opinion of the Court

The appellant entered into a contract with the City of Chicago on the 8th day of December, 1908, by which it agreed to erect the City Hall Building "in conformity to and in accordance with the plans, drawings and specifications and addenda thereto," prepared by the architects named in the agreement. On the 27th day of March, 1909, the appellee agreed with the appellant to do certain work referred to in the agreement and "all other concrete work, if any."
