Cline v. Fountain Rock Lime & Brick Co.

This is the second appeal in this case. For the first appeal, see Cline v. Fountain Rock Lime and Brick Co., Inc., 210 Md. 78, 122 A. 2d 449. The principal question presented on the present appeal is whether or not the amended or substituted declaration filed after the case was remanded constituted a new cause of action, which was barred by limitations when this amended declaration was filed.
