On March 30, 2001, this court entered an opinion and order partially resolving the EFF Defendants’ pending motions to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(2). 1 The motions of Defendants Alfonso Fiero and Radtech were denied with prejudice; ■the remaining motions were denied without prejudice pending further discovery.
