WADE, District Judge.

I am going to dispose of this case now, notwithstanding the fact that it must be self-evident that I have not had time to study the various items of evidence presented here upon both sides, and, if I had any doubt in my mind as to what the decision ought to be, I would take the time to go through this record more carefully.
