This appeal is from an order of the Circuit Court for Calvert County which affirmed a decision of the Board of Appeals of the Town of Chesapeake Beach granting variances from the town’s zoning ordinance’s requirement relating to minimum horizontal distance between facing walls of two buildings and granting a special exception for multiple dwellings in the MCR (Marine Commercial Recreation) district.
