Appellee, Clara R. Zimmerman, as administratrix of the estate of Walter Zimmerman, her deceased husband, brought this action against the Gary Baking Company and Ward Brothers Company, Incorporated, to recover damages for the death of said decedent alleged to be due to defendants’ negligence. Trial by jury resulted in a verdict and judgment for plaintiff in the sum of $10,000 against the Ward Brothers Company, Incorporated.
