Plaintiff in his capacity as administrator of the estate of his deceased wife filed his complaint in this action. Named as defendants in this action were James and McClellan, partners in an insurance agency, and Brasington allegedly an agent of the James and McClellan Insurance Agency. Plaintiffs complaint alleges that defendant Brasington, as agent for the James and McClellan Insurance Agency, undertook to provide life and disability insurance policies required on plaintiff and his wife in connection with a loan from a local bank.
