Anderson was killed instantly while employed in interstate commerce by the Chicago, Burlington & Quincy Railroad. Wells-Dickey Trust Company was appointed special administrator and brought, in a state court of Minnesota, this action under the Federal Employers’ Liability Act, April 22, 1908, c. 149, § 1, 35 Stat. 65; United States Code, Title 45, c. 2, § 51, for the benefit of a sister alleged to be dependent.
