Larimer, Chief Judge, dismissing her complaint seeking recovery from defendant First UNUM Life Insurance Company of America (“UNUM”) of benefits on an accidental-death-and-dismemberment insurance policy covering her son Daniel Critchlow (“Critchlow”), who died during the practice of autoerotic asphyxiation.
