This action was instituted in the name of the Commonwealth, under section 567 of the Kentucky Statutes, against the Clark County National Bank to escheat a storehouse and lot situated on Main street near the business center of the city of Winchester. It is the prog> erty of the Clark County National Bank and was erected in the year 1880 by that institution.
