Alex E. Womack appeals from the final judgment entered in the District Court for the Northern District of Iowa upon a jury verdict finding him guilty of conspiracy to distribute fifty or more grams of cocaine base (crack) in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846. The district court sentenced Wom-ack to 292 months imprisonment, with five years supervised release and $100 special assessment.
