In this consolidated appeal, Scott Plum-ley challenges the district court’s 1 decision to enhance his sentence and Jeremy Kaune raises various issues related to his sentence and jury trial. We affirm.

In the spring of 1997, Plumley and Kaune frequently associated with Craig Burns, Nick Carner, Raymond Jenaman, John Schoenberger, and Nicholas Ware, a group of young white men who harbored racial animus toward blacks.
