Relator, restrained of Ms liberty on a warrant of the Governor of this State, issued upon a requisition of the Governor of the State of Ohio, invokes habeas corpus to effect his release.
Relator, on a charge of non-snpport of minor children, was indicted, tried, convicted and sentenced to imprisonment in the Ohio penitentiary for a term of not less than one year nor more than three years. In accordance with the laws of that State he was paroled.
