This writ, of error brings up for review a final judgment of the Supreme Court of Illinois in a case of habeas corpus arising under that clause of the Constitution providing that “ a person charged in any State with treason, felony, or other crime; who shall flee from justice and be found in another State, shall, on demand of the executive authority of the State from which' he fled, be delivered up, to be removed to the State having jurisdiction of the crime;” also, under section 5278 of the Revised Statutes, which . provides, among other things, that “whenever the executive authority of any…
