This action is before the court on Midwest Fastener Corp.'s ("Midwest" or "Plaintiff") USCIT Rule 56.2 motion for judgment on the agency record challenging the U.S. Department of Commerce's ("Commerce") determination that Plaintiff's strike pin anchors are subject to the antidumping duty ("ADD") order covering certain steel nails from the People's Republic of China ("PRC").
