Following the trial court’s grant of summary judgment to defendants/appellees, 1 in this employment contract action, plaintiff André Nel appeals, arguing that the trial court erred in: (1) granting appellees’ motion for summary judgment; (2) denying his motion to serve Cordiant Communications Group, PLC (“CCG”) and granting CCG’s motion to dismiss it from the case; (3) denying his motion to disqualify appellees’ law firm and compel the deposition of one of its attorneys; and (4) granting appellees’ motion for a protective order.
