The complainant is engaged in the manufacture of woolen products, and employs at its mills, approximately, three thousand hands. In the vicinity of its mills there are a number of others, owned and operated by other persons. During the month of January, 1926, a strike was declared affecting the employee in all of these mills except, it is said, the two owned and operated by the complainant.
