This is a forfeiture action pursuant to the Drug Abuse Prevention Act, 21 U.S.C. §§ 801 et seq., in which plaintiff (“the Government”) is seeking to have the defendant property condemned and forfeited on the theory that the defendant property was furnished or intended to be furnished in exchange for a controlled substance in violation of the federal drug laws and/or was proceeds traceable to an illegal exchange for a controlled substance and/or was money intended to be used to facilitate a violation of the federal drug laws. See 21 U.S.C. § 881(a)(6).…
