LIPEZ, Justice.

John D. Powell appeals from a judgment of divorce entered in the Superior Court (Pe-nobscot County, Browne, A.R.J.). Contrary to John’s 1 contentions, we find sufficient evi dence in the record to support the court’s implied findings. We affirm the judgment.

The record discloses the following facts. John Powell filed for a divorce from his wife Nancy in 1991, after nine years of marriage.
