By amended information filed in the Circuit Court of Bollinger County, defendant John Victor Frentzel was charged with one count of possession of burglar’s tools in violation of § 569.180.1, RSMo 1978, and two counts of unlawful use of a weapon in violation of § 571.030.1(1), RSMo Supp. 1984. On defendant’s motion, a separate trial of count one — possession of burglar’s tools — was ordered pursuant to Rule 24.07. A jury found the defendant guilty.
