TEIGEN, Judge.

The defendants have separately appealed from an order denying a judgment notwithstanding the verdict and new trial and from the judgment.

The plaintiff seeks to recover damages for personal injuries sustained when her hand and arm were caught and injured in a potato-harvesting machine upon which she was working. She has sued her employer, the defendant Folson, and the manufacturer of the potato-harvesting machine, the defendant Lockwood.
