2Per curiam

Karen E. Tucker appeals pro se from the order of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey denying her application for leave to proceed with her complaint in forma pauperis (“IFP”), without prepayment of fees, under 28 U.S.C. § 1915. We will reverse the District Court’s order and remand for further proceedings.
