In this case plaintiff Knowles filed a hill of complaint in the circuit court for Wayne county in chancery for a decree requiring the defendant National Bank of Detroit, as trustee under 4 certain trust agreements hereinafter referred to, to pay to said plaintiff, as executor of the estate of Beatrice A. Mueller, deceased, out of the respective trust funds, the prorated portions of Federal estate tax, deficiencies, penalties and interest which the trust property hears to the taxable estate of said Beatrice A.
