FELDMAN, District Judge.
Before the Court is the plaintiffs Motion to Remand or alternatively, Motion to Stay. For the reasons that follow, the motion to remand is GRANTED.
Background
Andrew Englande claims that he suffered injuries during his participation in a clinical trial of the drug. Lotrafiban.
