MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
HUYETT, District Judge.
Plaintiffs commenced this action under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. The complaint alleged that defendant discriminates against women in regard to employment, promotions and pay. By an Order dated November 16, 1978, the suit was permitted to be maintained as a class action under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 23(b)(2). Kuhn v. Philadelphia Electric Co., 80 F.R.D. 681 (E.D.Pa.1978). Plaintiffs subsequently moved to amend their complaint to allege claims under 42 U.S.C. § 1985(3) and the Equal Pay Act, 29 U.S.C.…
