*678Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Orange County (DeRosa, J.), rendered August 17, 2006, convicting him of robbery in the first degree (two counts), robbery in the third degree, grand larceny in the fourth degree, and petit larceny (two counts), upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. The appeal brings up for review the denial, without a hearing, of that branch of the defendant’s omnibus motion which was to suppress physical evidence.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
