MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

LEINENWEBER, District Judge.

Plaintiff Judith Guy sued the State of Illinois and McHenry County for sexual harassment, sexual discrimination, and retaliatory discharge in violation of Title VII. Guy further sued Edward Foley, G. Terence Nader, and Gary Pack (collectively, the “individual defendants”) for deprivation of her First and Fourteenth Amendment rights in violation of 42 U.S.C. § 1983.
