GARDNER, Justice.

Plaintiff’s car and defendant’s truck collided at the intersection of Eighty-Fourth street and Sixth avenue in the city of Birmingham. The truck approached the intersection on the right of plaintiff’s ear, and struck the car on the right side.

Plaintiff’s evidence tended to show that her car approached the intersection at a speed of twenty to twenty-five miles an hour, and stopped as it reached the intersection for the truck, coming at a speed of SO to 35 miles an hour down the incline, to pass with ample room in the traveled portion of Eighty-Fourth street for such purpose…
