This is a petition to review an order of the Securities and Exchange Commission denying a petition to reopen and receive new evidence in proceedings which culminated in a Commission order of March 20, 1953, directing a public utility holding company and three of its subsidiaries to dispose of their direct and indirect ownership in certain nonelectric properties.
