This is an action pursuant to section 16(b) of the Securities Act of 1934 1 to recover “short swing” profits allegedly realized by the defendant Hal A. Salzman in the purchase and sale of shares of stock of Odell, Inc. 2 Subsequent to the transactions at issue, Odell was merged into Papercraft Corporation, as a result of which plaintiff, a stockholder of Odell, became a stockholder of Paper-craft.
