Appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed December 30, 1988, which, inter alia, ruled that claimant was entitled to receive unemployment insurance benefits.

The Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board determined that claimant was an employee of Yves Saint Laurent Par-fums Corporation (hereinafter the corporation) and awarded claimant unemployment insurance benefits.
