Plaintiffs Wolf A. Popper a/k/a Wolfgang Popper de Podhragy (“Popper”), Michael Franklin, and Susan Alexander (collectively, “plaintiffs”) have sued Johannes Po-dhragy (“Johannes”) and Johanna Podhra-gy (“Johanna”), alleging (1) conversion of trust property which properly belonged to plaintiffs, and (2) unauthorized assumption of dominion and control over the trust property.
